Wil started his music production career as one of the production members of SMACK Productions based in New Jersey, and has worked with several artist such as Janet Rushmore, Kym Rae, Colonel Abrams, Roland Clark, Stephanie Cooke, Kaysee, Eddie Stockley, Miss Patty, Lalah Hathaway, Darryl D’Bonneaue, Monique Bingham, Urban Soul, Raw Stylus, Diana Ross, and Zelma Davis(formerly of C&C Music Factory). Leaving SMACK Productions, Wil began working with Deborah Cole, Jody Watley, Shawnee Taylor, BLAZE, Byron Stingly, Grammy Award Winner Louie Vega, Mariah Carey, KimBlee, Dawn Tallman, and has several recordings on West End, Wave, King Street Sounds, SuSu, VEGA, Soundmen on Wax, SLAGG Recordings. Wil is also head of his music publishing company SOMETHING MILTON PUBLISHING. Wil played a major role in facilitating the musical career, and development of new up-coming artists such as Rodney Carter, Myra, Lauren, Eric Scott, and RICOH.
